We take pride in delivering genuine Siemens industrial automation products — tested, safely packaged, and ready to perform.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, our Refund & Returns Policy ensures you receive a quick replacement, credit, or full refund in compliance with international trade standards.
📦 1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged in transit or physically defective upon delivery.
- The item received is incorrect or mismatched with your order.
- The product is not functioning properly within the warranty period.
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be:
- Unused and in original condition.
- Returned with original packaging, labels, and accessories.
- Accompanied by a copy of the invoice or order ID.
🔁 2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Include your Order Number, Product Code, and Reason for Return.
- Our team will verify eligibility and provide return authorization with a shipping address.
- Ship the product back using a trackable courier service.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement.
💰 3. Refund Policy
- After successful inspection, your refund will be issued via your original payment method (Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, or PayPal).
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product.
- In cases of partial return or replacement, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
🔄 4. Replacement Policy
If your product qualifies for replacement, we will ship the replacement Siemens item within 5–7 business days after the return inspection.
- In case of unavailability, you will be offered either:
- A store credit of equal value, or
- A full refund as per your preference.
⚙️ 5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
- Customized or special-order Siemens products
- Software licenses (e.g., TIA Portal, WinCC, Step 7)
- Products without original packaging or labels
- Items damaged by improper handling, wiring, or installation
📦 6. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), Simenex Automation covers the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to a customer error (wrong model or accidental order), shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
🌍 7. International Returns
For international orders:
- Customers must declare items correctly to avoid customs issues.
- Ensure the shipment includes the return authorization document from Simenex.
- Customs fees, duties, or taxes paid during import are non-refundable.
🧾 8. Refund Exceptions
Refunds will not be processed if:
- The item is returned without authorization.
- The product shows signs of tampering or incorrect wiring.
- The original serial number or label is missing.
- The claim is submitted after 30 days from delivery.

Once your return is approved and dispatched, you will receive:
- A Return ID Number
- Courier tracking details
- Email updates on inspection and refund progress
